I agree. I took notice to that when I was watching the video as well. If you look when you highlight the Mr on ID's 0 & 7 it only selects the two letters. But when you highlight the others you can see there is an extra space after the Mr.
This is a good note for many database, web, and other applications. Many of them count the space, some even will read "mr" and "Mr" as two different things.
So make sure your always consistent and double check.

I think the reason your "Mr" filter isn't working is that filtering doesn't ignore spaces, and some of your titles have an extra space at the end.
In the first case (IDs 0 and 7), the title is "Mr" (without quotes). For the others, it's "Mr " with an extra space at the end.
Take those extra spaces out and it should work all the time.
