Nice job. Some suggestions; This was fine if they have a good file to import, but from the forum posts, many don't have a clue about the proper file format. How about showing folks; a) the proper fields that need to be used b) the proper format, i.e "field1","field2" observing quotes and commas. c) how to rearrange the fields and delete unnecessary ones within Excel or Open Office. d) the errors they will get with a bad file e) solutions to the errors. The forum has numerous posts from folks who get stuck on this stuff, so it is easy to find good material for training. This way your training becomes more useful.
You might also want to storyboard out what you want to do in advance, and then edit out the mistakes.
